Tchrebalo Wine Cellar is a boutique-style winery in the Racha-Lechkhumi region of Sakartvelo, which specializes in the production of limited amount of exceptional quality wine. The vineyards of the Tchrebalo wine cellar are located in the mountains of the village of Tola, on the right bank of the Rioni River, in the Khvanchkara micro-zone.

Barakoni is distinguished by its light ruby color. Enriched with soft shades of wild berries, black plums and black cherries, it has an elegant taste with pleasant fruity overtones of varietal aromas. The wine is a blend of all the red grape varieties of Racha.

We recommend combining it with ham, cheese, salads and various desserts.

Protected Designation of Origin Khvanchkara is distinguished by its dark ruby color. It is full of gentle tones of strawberry, raspberry and wild berries. Long pleasant finish, harmonious, shraply expressed bouquet full of varietal tones makes its taste unforgettable.

We recommend combining it with Rachian ham, Lobiani and is a faithful companion of different fruit, cheese, and desserts.

Kapistoni Winery cherishes the ancient oenological traditions of Sakartvelo and the unique method of wine production - the fermentation of grapes and the maturation of wine in clay vessels - Qvevri.
Kapistoni vineyards are planted without the use of artificial chemicals, and the wines are made only from the best grapes. When the grapes are crushed, their juice, together with all the parts of the grapes, is poured into the inside of a Qvevri clay jug, and the initial fermentation process begins. During fermentation, winemakers stir the wine every three hours with a special wooden tool to prevent the crust from forming a skin on the top of the juice. Depending on the type of wine, the skin is kept in the container for up to six months during fermentation. Then wine is separated from the skins and transferred to another Qvevri container to continue the maturation process. Such transfers may take place three or four times during the entire aging period of the wine.

Mtsvivani Kakhuri Qvevri is made from the grape variety Mtsvivani Kakhuri by the Qvevri winemaking method. Made from grapes of the Saperavi variety grown exclusively in vineyards owned by Corporation Kindzmarauli. Kindzmarauli, long known as the royal wine, is produced according to a traditional wine-making process, which is one of the best in Sakartvelo in terms of wine quality. Harvest regulation begins with the initial pruning stage, during which damaged grape bunches are removed. When the grapes are ripe, whole bunches are picked by hands. The fermenting matchari (new wine) is cooled to -2 ° C to keep the remaining sugar in the wine.
The wine is distinguished by its bright aroma of grape stones, red berries and cherries and a peculiarly delicate taste. The sweetness harmoniously balances the acidity and gives a pleasant aftertaste, which testifies to the high quality of the wine. It is recommended to store at 8-16 ° C, to serve at 15-17 ° C.

The wine is made from grapes grown in Kindzmarauli owned vineyards, which traditionally produce high-quality wines. At the end of September, during the ripening of the grapes, whole bunches of grapes are picked by hands. Before the grapes are mechanically crushed, their skins are allowed to decompose naturally from their weight, which helps to make up less than 55% of the sweetness. Fermentation takes place after the treatment and purification processes, which are strictly controlled at a temperature of 15-17 ° C.
The wine is characterized by lightness and original Muskat aroma. It is recommended to store at 8-16 ° C, to serve at 14-16 ° C.

Made from grapes harvested in the best vineyard of Khelilbardebi. The southern slope of the Caucasus provides ideal climatic conditions for viticulture, which results in high quality wine. The grapes are harvested by hands (healthy bunches only) in late September and early October, when the grapes are ripe. Classical fermentation, together with grape skins and stones, lasts for 3 weeks, followed by the removal of lees and the aging of the wine in barrels, which lasts from 12 to 18 months.
The wine has a soft, harmonious and complex taste. The aromatic complex of red forest berries dominates, where tones of blackberries complement the gentle tons of vanilla and cloves. Store at 8-16 ° C, serve at 16-18 ° C.

We recommend combining it with fried red meat, lamb dishes and matured cheeses. The wine is also suitable for consuming alone.

Dark purple wine with an intense Saperavi grape varietal aroma and blackberry jam, ripe cherry, blackcurrant, and blueberry marmalade scents. A high level of acidity moderates wine’s sweetness. Kindzmarauli’s light body allows us to feel an aromatic complex in the palate with ripe berries and marmalade scents and a hint of sweet spices. Wine’s acidity and low tannins can be felt in its medium-length finish. Wine can be aged in the bottle for 2-3 years.

We recommend combining with berry cakes, cherry mousse, black chocolate with nuts, and traditional Georgian sweets.
